By creating an Email Chat account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and authorized to connect any email account you mirror.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your OAuth credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, or harassing content.
- No attempts to break, probe, or overload the service.
- No use that violates the email provider's own terms (Google, Microsoft).
4. Your content
You retain all rights to email content you mirror into Email Chat. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
7. Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
